Visual Media

Both Shain Library and the Greer Music Library house a collection of videocassettes and DVDs.   Visual media may provide important sources of data for a research topic in music, whether through the viewing of master class, concert, or opera films, or through studying the incorporation of music in feature films.   In addition, music visual media can be useful for research in non-music courses such as theater, English, foreign language studies, and inter-disciplinary curricula.
